Global Head of Expansion | Revolut
André is Revolut's Global Head of Expansion since 2021. He joined Revolut in 2019 and is responsible for the group's international P&L (Australia, New Zealand, US, Singapore, Japan, Mexico, Brazil and India), as well as defining and executing Revolut's global expansion strategy. This includes hiring local leadership teams, securing relevant regulatory licences and localising Revolut's product and tech stack. Before joining Revolut, André was with HSBC's M&A practice in London and, previously, with BPI's Iberian equity research team in Portugal, where he advised clients on a wide array of equity transactions. André holds an Economics degree from Porto University and a MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School, Barcelona.
