Ashraf Sabry is a technology business expert with more than 40 years of experience in finance and IT. He founded and currently serves as the CEO of Fawry, Egypt’s largest Electronic Payment Network. With a vision to enable electronic financial services nationwide, Ashraf established Fawry and led it to be one of the fastest growing ventures in the Middle East. Prior to founding Fawry, Ashraf spent 10 years leading sales at IBM Egypt and later oversaw the growth and success of Raya Holding, one of Egypt’s leading Technology conglomerates, in his capacity as CEO, where he directed operations, finance, and business development for several years. Ashraf holds an MBA from Leeds University in the United Kingdom.
