Mr. Humaid Mudhaffr is the CEO of Qarar, part of the Saudi Credit Bureau’s (SIMAH) group of companies. He was one of the founding members representing SIMAH during Qarar’s inception in 2013 and has served on the Board of Directors.
Prior joining Qarar, Mr. Mudhaffr was the Chief Business Development and Research Officer at the SME Government Credit Guarantee “Kafalah” where he oversaw the development of innovative and diversified guarantee schemes for the SME sector in Saudi Arabia.
With over 25 years of extensive experience in technology operations, enterprise management, and consumer and SME financing, his career path also includes leadership positions at SIMAH, driving its operations and data management functions, the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF), Emerging Markets Global Network (EMGN), and active Board memberships at Riyadh Capital Financing Fund II & III.
A graduate in Management Information Systems (MIS), Mr. Mudhaffr is widely recognized as an inspiring public speaker and subject matter expert in the financial technology sector, especially the SME lending and government sectors.
